In My Opinion
I am constantly
searching for a "next big winner", but the task is difficult as most of my new discoveries are cast aside after
a short review. Still, it is so very important to find a true bargain in this kind of market that the search never
stops, until now.
Knowing how
hard it is in this current market place to find a new company that is trading at "bargain" prices, has a "great
product or service", has "decent daily volume" and,
the most important of all, "increasing revenues", you can only imagine how thrilled I was with my discovery of Dynamic Response Group.
Actually, DRGP was introduced to me by
one of the "Stocks in the Spotlight's" members, a few months back. After much study, combined with recent events, I
am excited to finally introduce the company to all of you.
Dynamic Response Group
is a true "Special
Situation", especially for the current economic climate.
When the markets run into trouble, we, as investors, have to be much more cautious in selecting our target investment
company. We have to sort of take a "needle in a haystack" point of view.
When speaking
of a growing public company, the word strong can mean many things, but possibly the most important words of all
would be the "revenue growth". As far as I'm concerned nothing is more important. Growing revenues tells us
the company has a strong management team and popular products and/or services. It is really that simple.
Growing revenues
mean the day will come when there will be money left over after paying all the bills. Growing revenues mean increasing
cash flow, the back bone of a young organization.
There are many
exciting things about DRG,
but fast strong growing revenues are one of those items at the top of the ladder. Building brand awareness is big
business. Finding a product that is exciting enough to take it through several marketing steps to reach a successful
end-market takes not only great innovative products, but a strong management team with capabilities in all segments
of marketing and all varieties of products.
The news headlines
above cover several important items I feel need to be highlighted:
- Procede, a hair thickening system for men, turned in more than $26.5
million in revenue since it first débuted in January 2005.
(Procede contributed approximately
$9 million in 2007 revenues and is estimated to do about the same amount this year)
- A record $4.1 million in sales in the month of January, an increase
of over 100% compared to $2.0 million in January of 2007.
(Increasing revenues by 100 percent
is exactly the kind of company we need in this current market climate)
- Gross revenues increased to $20.1 million in 2007, a leap of 65%, from only $7.9
million for all of 2006;
- Gross profit jumped a whopping 67%, in 2007, to a "slam dunk" of $12.7
million, up from only $5.1
million for all of 2006;
- Gross revenues increased to $10.0
million for the first quarter of 2008, a 35% increase from $7.4 million in
the fourth quarter of 2007 and a 130% increase from $4.3
million in the first quarter of 2007;
- Gross profit soared 196%, in the 4th quarter of 2007, to $4.8
million, up from $1.6
million in the 4th quarter of 2006;
- GrossProfit jumped 41.9%, in the 1st quarter of 2008, to $6.03 million, up from $2.5 million in the 1st
quarter of 2007.
The management team
currently running the company seem to have "what
it takes" in selecting the right product for the right
time. One of their strong points seems to be possessing the combined ability to recognize a product that has a
giant potential market, but at the same time, also, one that fails to perform as expected. The company will not
feed a dead horse, so to say, which is a main reason for screaming profits and revenues.
In a recent
news release DRG
said it expected to do at least $40 million this year, and it called it a conservative estimate. I am going to
assume that "Procede" will continue to grow, "Riddex" will continue to grow at a fast pace and "The Legends of Soul" will
continue to expand rapidly and with 75 million estimated NASCAR fans, we would have to believe the "NASCAR"
memberships will also continue to grow.
If by chance
DRG adds another
hot product, we could easily see revenue in excess of $50 million and a possible increase of 100% just in 2008.
I'm betting we will see at least one hot new product out of this team in the first half of the year, making the
second half one that rewards the shareholders for getting in early.
I am excited
about introducing Dynamic Resources Group to all of you, especially during these very hard times for weeding through the mess in
looking for the next new investment. I would like to think I have already completed much of the weeding for you
and the only thing left might just be to buy the stock while it is still near the 52 week low.
I can only see
a bright future in DRG.
Brand awareness is big business, and any company with a proven track record of success will be offered more of
the "quality"
"new"
products and/or services. DRG
is in a position to be a "place to be" if wanting to introduce a new item to the world and it is also becoming a "place to be"
as far as an investor might be concerned.
I don't want
to ramble. I suggest visiting the DRG website where you can learn so much more. There is a link at the end of this recommendation
that will take you there.
I see an opportunity
to become an investor at the bottom of the price range and at the beginning of a young growing company that offers
much in the years ahead.

Although the "Stocks in the Spotlight" does not charge a company for a recommendation, DRGP, through
a third party, has agreed to sponsor an investor awareness program. The Stocks in the Spotlight has been compensated
