A Top Notch Management Team
Rotate Black, Inc. has one of the strongest
groups of people at the top of the ladder we could hope
for.
The top people at Rotate Black have what
it takes. Each Rotate Black executive and Board of Director member
has decades of experience that represent the difference in
successful development and management of resort casino
properties.
I
have been working with John
Paulsen - Chairman of the Board & CEO - and I have
learned he is quite knowledgeable and I get a strong feeling that he
knows what he is doing and where the company is heading.
John has over twenty years of experience in
delivering development stage companies to long term market leaders.
Mr. Paulsen has served as Chairman and CEO of both public and
private companies in a variety of industries. His financial acumen
is a major ingredient of operational success for Rotate Black
clients.
I also need to
mention Dual
Cooper - President & COO -
Dual has over 30
years of casino, resort and development experience including
President & General Manager of Tulalip Casino, Pechanga Resort
and Casino.
Lets not forget
Dennis Piotrowski - Executive Vice
President - Dennis has over 30 years of experience in
the resort and casino industry. He was General Manager of the world
renowned Binion's Horseshoe Casino and Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada
for over 15 years.
Of course the person that takes care of
the money would be
Sharon Petty - CFO -
Sharon held several
finance positions including VP of Finance, for various gaming
operations in Las Vegas, NV, Madeira Beach, MS and Vicksburg,
MS.

Something important to know is that
Rotate Black reported an increase in revenue, from nothing to
$600,000 for the year. I believe
that increasing revenue is the very most important thing any company
can do and this is only a
start.
A recent article in the Wall
Street Journal discussing the Mississippi environment for
gaming and how fast it is growing. There is talk of Rotate
Black's new High-rise Hotel Casino . Nice article. Read it by

The company last quarterly
report reads great. It talks about the many irons ROBK has in
the fire. I strongly recommend reading it. Here is a the link: http://biz.yahoo.com/e/110811/robk.pk10-q.html.

A Ground Floor
Opportunity
The ground floor is where we all want to
be, but so few of us ever have the opportunity to invest in a
company that offers so much growth, in such a strong
industry, at the bottom of the trading range. Notice I didn't
say in the beginning? I said at the bottom. I say this because of
the recent reverse split (1 for 5), effective just this
past August 2,
2010.
Since the
reverse, the stock has fallen to the current level around 0.25,
making this the lowest point ever. In May of 2009, the price topped
out at $5 ($1 pre-reverse) and it has worked its way down like
a step ladder since, but always on good
news.
I first
started watching the company right from the beginning. I watched a
company put fourth a great management plan and over come all
obstacles to date. The puzzle is, why the cost to become a
shareholder of this "ground-floor opportunity", has been cheaper,
while all of the recent news has been
great?
I have
followed this company through the process of getting the Gulfport
Casino ready to go. It has taken much work but things look to be
almost ready to roll. Currently we are looking at
a $900
million Mississippi Gulf Coast regional gaming market.
Some of the highlights of the area include a
strong tourism base with approximately 19
million visitors each year. Vacationers can be found from all
over, including over a million Gulfport Biloxi
Int’l Airport passengers and a local population around 365,000
people, plus there is currently only one other competitor.
The
Company is currently working on the funding for the High Rise
Casino Hotel and news of the completion is just around the
corner.

Planned High Rise Casino Hotel in Gulfport, Mississippi
|
The "High Rise Casino Hotel"
is the beginning of true
ownership for Rotate Black and also the start of a strong future.
The gaming industry is one of the strongest of any and it is
continuing to grow rapidly. It is not an easy industry to break
into, therefore, we have to give a "stamp of approval" on the Rotate
Black team to have reached this point.
I
am sure the company is interested
in additional ownership and Gulfport, Mississippi will only be the
first. When you visit ROBK's web site you will discover plans to
build a major casino on land already approved by the Mississippi
Gaming Commission. Nice move since the area is one of the fastest
growing and the business is quote profitable, meaning ROBK will be
in the chips before too long.
Major Accomplishments in just the
past year.
- May 2010 – ROBK reached
agreement on lease terms for five acres at Gulfport
Harbor;
- July 2010 –
ROBK
received approval from Gulfport
Zoning and Planning Commission to rezone land from general
business to entertainment and
gaming;
- August 2010 –
ROBK
received approval for rezoning
of the property from the Gulfport City
Council;
- September 2010 –
ROBK
announced Mr. Jake Vanderlei
will be President and General Manager for the Gulfport
project;
- September 2010 –
ROBK
selected exclusive negotiating
party on 4.5 acre tidelands lease with the City of
Gulfport;
- October 2010 – Gaming equipment
lease terms and financing terms are to be
finalized;
- October 2010 –
ROBK met
with the Mississippi Gaming
Commission to receive approvals for (1) the gaming site, (2) the
development plan and (3) Notice to
Proceed;
- November 2010 – Received Gaming
Site approval from the Mississippi Gaming
Commission (the "Commission") for its
approximately nine and a half (9.5) acre site located at the Bert
Jones Yacht Basin in Gulfport

- Expected opening dates in
the 1st quarter of 2012 – Gaming license to be
approved; Canada & Panama to open - Casino Hotel in
the 1st or 2nd quarter of
2012.
In My Opinion
The
economy is improving, although at
a snail's pace, and things might just get back to normal sooner than
we expect. It is because of this confusion that taking a harder look
at Rotate Black is the thing to do.
How many times have we had a chance to
buy stock in a quality company just when things are about to bust
wide open. ROBK reminds me of the Little Red Train trying to
climb the hill. Will he make it? Will he make it? The difference is
this Little Red Train made it to the top and soon it will start
down the other side.
The road ahead is still loaded with a
strong workload, but with all the parts in place, the gravel should
turn to pavement soon. I watched ROBK tackle each step in
securing the land in Mississippi, and all needed approvals have
so far been approved. I also believe they will be successful in
gaining the necessary funding needed to turn the lights on.
Once the funding is complete, it will be
full speed ahead and the same should hold true for the stock price.
I feel our downside
at current price levels is basically nil, partly
because of the recent reverse
making fewer shares available, plus, the stock is setting at the all
time low and because shareholders that own shares, own them
higher,
One of the main reasons I am introducing
ROBK at this time is while the stock is setting at the bottom,
everything is going gang busters for the company. After reading the
achievements Rotate Black has accomplished this year, it will
be hard not to want to own a piece of it.
The ideal stock to buy in the current
confusing market environment would be a new company, with a new
idea, a proven market, a growing industry and a stock price that
appears to be much undervalued, such as the stock in Rotate
Black.
Now the time has come where the stock
has no reason to fall any further and a ton of reasons for it to
start climbing the hill. This is one train we don't want to get to
the station after it is pulling out. I believe if we climb aboard
now, we are going to enjoy the ride all the way up the
hill.
I hope you find this company as
exciting as I do.
In the
"near future" (1st quarter) funding programs to finish the
remodeling and start construction of the land and preliminary
foundation for the start of the Hotel-Casino project and I suspect
will be the fuel to fire up this
rocket.
PRESS
RELEASE
On
November 18, 2010, an affiliate of Rotate Black, Inc., Rotate
Black MS, LLC obtained Gaming Site approval from the Mississippi Gaming Commission
(the "Commission") for its approximately nine and a half (9.5) acre
site located at the Bert Jones Yacht Basin in Gulfport
Mississippi. (more)
This is the kind of news we
want to see. A major step in the process of opening the doors early
on the New Year. This moves ROBK another step closer to the finish
line. As a matter for the record, Rotate Black has been held
back waiting for
the Gaming Commission
approval, which ended up taking a bit longer than the Company had
hoped and this in turn held back on the funding program. Now
with the approval the Company can move forward on the next phase.
On January 18,
2011, -- Rotate Black, Inc.
(OTCPK:ROBK), a premier development and
management company of resort and casino properties, announced that
one of its subsidiaries has entered into a management agreement with
the Louis Bull Tribe for a proposed Bear Hills Casino on the Louis
Bull Indian Reserve near Edmonton, Canada.
The term of the Agreement is twenty (20)
years and commences on the date the Bear Hills Charitable Foundation
receives a license for the proposed casino and all related necessary
approvals from the Alberta Gaming and Liquor
Commission. (more)
On March 23,
2011, -- Rotate Black, Inc.
(OTCPK:ROBK), Rotate Black, Inc.
entered in a letter agreement dated March 17, 2011 for a proposed
joint venture with Ocean Point Development Corporation ("Ocean
Point") and Renaissance Gaming, LLC ("Renaissance Gaming"). The
purpose of the joint venture is to develop and manage an
approximately 52,000 square foot Las Vegas style casino at the Trump
Ocean Club International Hotel and Tower, in Panama City, Panama
("Trump Ocean
Club"). (more)
Rotate
Black is truly a "Snooze and you lose" kind of stock right now and I
feel the downside is very little, if any at the current 0.25
level.
One way to know a stock is a great buy
is when it falls back on tons of good
news!
The recent fall to the all time
low was due to slight selling, meaning the stock fell on very
low volume and will come up the same way. Down on low volume should
make it easy for a turn around and back up again and should be the
story for the near term.
What
the dip in price did was to give us another opportunity to get in
at a lower price. The stock can very easily climb to the 0.30 area on
just a burp.
The above news tells us things are
going strong and that the next few months holds promise for great
news. The jump in revenue, from $0.0 to $600,000 is great but
actually quite small compared to revenue that will be generated by
the High Rise Casino.
The
opportunity to invest in a new company
- led by a very experienced
team;
- on the edge of exploding its
business plan;
- with a share price trading at
the low;
- and not that many shares trading because of
the reverse.
The markets are strong and it is
becoming harder to find a bargain, but Rotate Black just might be
that bargain. A new company with a lot going on and another
opportunity to get in low. This is not a stock to sell when it moves
up because up is very hard to define in a company with such a strong
opportunity. Just buy it, set back and enjoy the ride.
I hear the whistle blowing. All Aboard!
Buy here and buy now!
I expect many things to happen in this
quarter, including the approval of financing for the new High-Rise
Hotel Casino in Gulfport Mississippi. This is the kind of news that
will only help in moving the stock higher. It will be hard to buy
very many shares under 0.30, mostly because of the reverse last
year, as most the investors own the stock a lot higher and this
is limiting the sellers at the current low
levels.
An
Important Message
Rotate
Black is sponsoring a longer term
investor awareness program. It is my belief that if we keep a good
story like Rotate Black in front of new investors almost
daily, new investors will continue to buy and the stock will climb
up the ladder. If we see any fast moves in the beginning, hang in
there. It is easy for a stock to jump off the bottom but it is
impossible to know how far it might fall back. Once a
shareholder in this one, it will be difficult to know when to
sell. Right now taking a long term prospective would be the better
bet. |
